Lund University and The Swedish Society of Medicine invites you to the third Swedish Global Health Conference in Malmö, 24-25 November, 2020.
For two days, Swedish and Nordic universities and researchers, students and other stakeholders will gather in Malmö to consider how we can put available research and knowledge into practice, through multidisciplinary action and social innovation. We are reaching out to all of you interested in, and committed to, improving global health to take part. Through the framework of the Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals we will take a broad approach to global health, cutting across all scientific disciplines. More specifically we will consider how social innovation and multisectoral action can contribute to reaching these global targets?
The conference will be a meeting place for new ideas and questions to be discussed and critically reflected upon. The outcomes of the conference will be brought to the attention of relevant policy makers and other stakeholders. It will also be a platform for networking and creating new research and policy alliances to meet the challenges that the SDGs pose in the coming 10 years.
